faa99 Terms & Conditions — Your Rights, Responsibilities, and Platform Rules

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

All faa99 account transactions are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no platform-imposed maximum deposit, though payment providers may apply their own limits.

• faa99 targets a processing time of 30 minutes for bKash and Nagad withdrawals and two to four business hours for bank transfer withdrawals. These are targets, not guarantees — processing times may be longer during high-volume periods or where additional verification is required.
• faa99 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements may not be withdrawn.

faa99 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published with each offer, which form part of these Terms & Conditions. General bonus conditions that apply across all faa99 promotions are as follows:

• All bets are final once confirmed. faa99 does not accept requests to cancel, modify, or reverse a bet after it has been accepted, except where faa99 determines that the bet was accepted due to a manifest error.
• A "manifest error" means an obvious error in the offered price or market that a reasonable person would immediately recognise as incorrect. faa99 reserves the right to void bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds.
• faa99 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any betting market at its sole discretion, without notice.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to the availability of live data feeds. faa99 does not guarantee the continuous availability of in-play markets and is not liable for any interruption to live betting services caused by data feed failures or connectivity issues.
• Cricket betting markets — including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series — are settled in accordance with the official results published by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, or BCCI as applicable). In the event of a dispute, the governing body's result is final.
• faa99 reserves the right to void any bet where there is reasonable evidence of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of corruption affecting the event on which the bet was placed.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or by live dealers operating in real time. faa99 does not manipulate game outcomes.

faa99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to protecting vulnerable players. As a condition of using the faa99 platform, you acknowledge that gambling is a form of entertainment and that it carries financial risk. You agree that you will only wager funds that you can afford to lose.

• Engaging in any form of arbitrage betting, matched betting, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms ("bonus abuse").

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the faa99 platform for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Modify or create derivative works based on any faa99 content.
• Use any faa99 branding, trademarks, or logos in connection with any product, service, or business not operated by faa99.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the faa99 platform.
